Built by Maintenance Professionals, for Maintenance Professionals

Our Mission

We believe maintenance excellence shouldn't be reinvented at every facility. By combining deep industry expertise with intelligent automation, we help organizations transform their maintenance operations from reactive firefighting to proactive asset optimization.

Our Story

MaintGPSIQ was born from a simple observation made by maintenance and reliability veterans: the same maintenance work gets performed across thousands of facilities, yet each organization struggles to capture, standardize, and transfer this knowledge effectively.

Our founding team has collectively benchmarked over 1,400 locations, helped more than 200 businesses optimize operations, and delivered measurable results across every major industrial sector. We've walked the shop floors, managed the emergencies, and felt the frustration of watching great knowledge walk out the door at retirement.

That's why we assembled what we call an "absolute best of breed" team—professionals who don't just understand maintenance theory, but who have actually turned data into dollars, driven change at the floor level, and built truly scalable solutions in real industrial environments.
